This demo shows how ChatGPT connects with Bonrix SmartCRM through MCP (Model Context Protocol) to perform a practical lead management and calling workflow—from adding a lead to initiating a call and saving its follow-up.
Instead of manually navigating through each CRM screen, the user gives instructions in chat, and the connected tools carry out the requested actions.
🎯 WORKFLOW DEMONSTRATED
✅ CRM Login: Sign in through the connected CRM tool and retrieve the information needed for subsequent CRM actions.
✅ Add a New Lead: Create a lead using details provided in chat, including the customer name, phone number, and category. Dummy values are used for the remaining fields in this demonstration.
✅ Retrieve the Lead ID: Look up the newly created lead and retrieve its generated CRM lead ID.
✅ Initiate a Call: Ask ChatGPT to start a call through the connected Bonrix CRM dialer and receive the dialer’s response.
✅ Disconnect and Check the Outcome: Request call disconnection and check the reported call result and duration.
✅ Save a Follow-Up: Record the call outcome, update the lead’s process state, and save follow-up remarks against the corresponding lead.
