Bonrix Dynamic Weight QR – Bluetooth and USB Weighing Scale Integration with Dynamic QR Technology
Bonrix Software Systems, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, introduces Bonrix Dynamic Weight QR, a web-based utility designed to connect Bluetooth Serial weighing scales and USB Serial weighing scales with modern web applications, billing software and ERP systems.
The solution allows a desktop or laptop to receive live weight data directly from a connected weighing scale. Once the weight placed on the weighing platform becomes stable, the utility automatically generates and displays a Dynamic Weight QR Code on the screen.
This QR code contains the measured weight embedded securely within a URL. Customers, operators or authorised users can scan the QR code using a smartphone and instantly open the relevant company billing portal, ERP page, weight-based quotation page, logistics application or customised web software.
For retail and billing applications, the scanned QR can open a page where the final amount is calculated automatically using:
Item Weight × Price per Unit = Payable Amount
The customer can then view the item details, measured weight, rate, tax and total amount. A BHIM UPI Payment button can also be displayed, allowing the customer to complete payment using any compatible UPI application installed on the mobile phone.
For ERP, logistics and industrial applications, the captured weight can be automatically passed to the correct data-entry form, transaction page or reporting module. This reduces manual typing, avoids weight-entry mistakes and helps organisations maintain faster and more reliable digital records.
